MOLDY CRAB BRAIN
(Crab in brain mold)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

8 oz. Cream cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 envelope gelatin

1 bunch green onions

½ cup celery, sliced

1 can crab, chopped

2 T. lemon juice

Heat soup and cream cheese until hot and add gelatin. Remove from stove and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Spray mold with cooking spray and pour mixture into a brain-shaped mold. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from mold onto a bed of lettuce and serve with crackers. It is quite an impressive presentation!
