1 ½ - 2 pound Ground beef
¼ tsp. Chili powder
½ cup red ketchup
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1 tsp. Prepared mustard
1 tsp. Salt
Chopped onion and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Beef bouillon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup oatmeal
Whole green olives with pimento
Green Sauce:
½ cup green ketchup (Heinz)
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. Prepared mustard
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all meatball ingredients together well. Form portions into 2 ½ - 3 in. balls and place in baking dish. Push green olives into several of the meatballs. Bake for 30 minutes. Blot each meatball on paper towels to eliminate drippings. Replace in another clean baking dish. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake for another 15 minutes.
